How to have a Bible Study Group?
How can you have a Bible Study Group? What does Bible tells us how? Read Acts 2:46 and Acts 20:20. The book of Acts tells us that the first Christians meet together, where? In their homes. So the BEST place to have a Bible study is in your own HOME. You can also have Bible study in public places; such as on campus at your University or your Community College. Or you can meet in a park, or in a cafe and have a bible study there. Invite your deaf friends to form a Bible Study Group. Just meet as normal Christians and have a Bible Study Group.
How do I use the lessons?
The best way the use the lessons is to print out copies for everyone in the study group. No one should be the "leader" or the "pastor", only Jesus Christ is our Leader and Pastor. Every member in the group should pray a simple prayer before you start the lesson. Take turns to sign the Bible verses in the lesson and then the lesson itself. The lessons are written in easy to read English. If you have trouble understanding a word ask each other for help.
You can each sign a sentence or two or a maybe a paragraph each. Let everyone join in, be involve. Feel free to ask each other what the lesson mean and help each other understand. Discuss the points in the lesson with one another. Don't argue over doctrines (teachings) or opinions about things. Don't criticize other people. Focus on enjoy the truth in God's Word in the lesson and honor Christ as Lord in your hearts.
